Can I choose my hours?
At Perfect Weddings Abroad, we offer three options for our specialists to choose from in order to suit your lifestyle. Our flexible business plans include Part-Time (minimum of 20 hours per week), Lifestyle, and Full-Time working options enable you to work according to your personal requirements, and have a realistic expectation of what you can achieve. Best of all - We handle all administrative elements of the booking, freeing your time to concentrate on your sales.
Will I have a minimum sales target?
Your minimum expected sales target will be dependent on the working option that you decide to take up: this is explained in more detail in our Self Employment Opportunity information pack.
What can I earn?
At Perfect Weddings Abroad, we offer highly competitive commission rates and unlimited earning potential, with the potential to earn up to 60% commission whether we supply the leads, or you generate them yourselves. We are also open to the idea of you increasing your number of working hours above the respective working option which you select. All we ask is that you keep us up to date with what you find comfortable and what you can cope with.
Do you provide leads?
Yes, not only do we provide you with leads, they are good quality with a high value group potential – meaning more commission! The majority of our enquiries come through our website, via magazine advertising or through National Wedding Shows. We distribute enquiries on a daily basis guaranteeing you the number of leads to correspond with your working option. This is not to say that you can’t generate your own, or draw upon your own client base.
Will I have the opportunity to attend educational/familiarisation visits?
Absolutely! We encourage our team to take part in Educational trips to enhance their specialist knowledge. We are regularly offered Familiarisation trips by tourist boards, hotel groups and tour operators, these are offered to the team as when they are available. The offering of places on these trips will be dependent on how well people are doing with their sales, their strengths/weaknesses and the destination of the trip.
