We appreciate that some couples may like Wedding Planning Service in the lead-up to their big day. For couples who would like assistance with planning their wedding in advance of their departure from the UK, we offer the option to upgrade your Sweet & Simple or Celebration Package.

Wedding Planning & Coordination Fee

£100 Per Month

ASSISTANCE IN THE LEAD UP TO YOUR WEDDING DAY (PAYABLE MONTHLY)

• Wedding Information Pack from your venue uploaded to your Wedding Profile
• Wedding Extras List uploaded to your Wedding Profile
• Menus from your Wedding Reception Venue uploaded to your Wedding Profile
• Wedding Coordination from your In-Resort Wedding Coordinator via your online Wedding Profile
• Monthly Wedding Concierge Team telephone call from our UK Office
• 1 Face to Face Appointment with a member of our Wedding Concierge Team (at a UK Wedding Show)

You can upgrade to the optional Wedding Planning and Coordination Service at any time in the lead-up to your wedding, if you wish to have service over and above the wedding package that you have booked. Your £100 per month fee will begin from the month of upgrading and will be charged up until the month of travel (it is not possible to upgrade on a one-off basis, or for a shorter period of time).
