At Perfect Weddings Abroad, we are determined to ensure that all of our Self Employed Specialists receive the necessary support to make their business a success and feel a part of our team. We therefore offer a number of training opportunities whereby we can ensure that our specialists get as much support as possible.

• Induction Days

We offer a variety of induction programmes for our newly recruited Self-Employed Specialists upon their arrival at Perfect Weddings Abroad, which they are free to choose from to fit around their personal circumstances. Our induction programmes, in a nutshell, allow our new specialists to come and visit us at our Lichfield head office, meet our team, and complete a number of training activities.

• Designated Support Team

The designated support team at our Lichfield office is available to provide advice and assitance to our Self-Employed specialists. Whether it's a technological issue or just a general query - someone will be on hand to help you.

• Weekly Training Webinars

Weekly webinars are hosted from our Business Support office, keeping you in the loop on all things Perfect Weddings Abroad, also including product training and even suppliers tuning in to offer training on their product, too.

• Online Assistance

We also have online assistance in the form of YouTube videos, which you can access and follow. We appreciate that it can be so easy to forget bits and pieces from our induction days! So for example, when you come to load a booking you can use the YouTube video and pause it and follow the steps as you load the booking on.

• Facebook Group

We appreciate that working from home can occasionally be a lonely experience. Our internal Facebook group enables our specialists to ask questions and communicate with each other, ensuring that you have the help and support of those in a similar position to you.
