Definitions
"PWA" - Perfect Weddings & Honeymoons Ltd T/A Perfect Weddings Abroad
"PWA WWL" - Perfect Weddings Abroad Wedding Wish List Service
"Account" - An account opened by the Account Holders
"Account Holders" - The couple who have opened a Wedding Wish List Account with us on our Website
"Guest" - Any person contributing funds to the Wedding Wish List Account
"Service" - The collection of money by us from the Guest on behalf of the Account Holders and the deposit of this money to the PWA WWL Account
"Terms and Conditions" - These specific PWA WWL terms and conditions
“Website" - wishlist.perfectweddingsabroad.co.uk
"We/us" - Perfect Weddings & Honeymoons Ltd, 3 & 4 The Mews, Trent Business Centre, Eastern Avenue, Lichfield, Staffordshire, WS13 6RR
"You"- The Account Holders
Introduction
We are Perfect Weddings & Honeymoons Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 05338280 and with our registered office at Perfect Weddings & Honeymoons Ltd, 3 & 4 The Mews, Trent Business Centre, Eastern Avenue, Lichfield, Staffordshire, WS13 6RR. Our VAT number is 122 1096 61. We operate the Wedding Wish List website wishlist.perfectweddingsabroad.co.uk
The purpose of these specific Wish List Terms and Conditions is to establish the terms and conditions of the relationship between the Account Holders, Perfect Weddings Abroad (PWA), Guests and any other Service User of the PWA Wedding Wish List (PWA WWL). By submitting the wedding list activation form, the Account Holder indicates that he or she is fully aware of and accepts all the conditions of these specific Wish List Terms and Conditions. Refusal to accept these conditions shall result in access to the Service provided by PWA WWL being denied. This PWA WWL Service is completely separate to booking a holiday and/or wedding package with Perfect Weddings Abroad and can be used by any couple (whether or not they have booked, or go on to book a holiday and/or wedding package with Perfect Weddings Abroad) - if you are looking for the Perfect Weddings Abroad Holiday and/or Wedding Package Booking Conditions, please click here.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions during the period of your Wedding Wish List. We will notify you should there be a change in the terms and conditions which affect the PWA WWL Service. We will always give you at least 7 Working Days notice.
We may transfer our rights and obligations under a Contract to another organisation, but this will not affect your rights or our obligations under these Terms. We will always notify you by email or by posting on this webpage if this happens.
You may only transfer your rights or your obligations under these Terms to another person if we agree in writing.
This contract is between you and PWA WWL. No other person shall have any rights to enforce any of its terms, whether under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties Act) 1999 or otherwise.
Each of the paragraphs of these Terms operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.
If we fail to insist that you perform any of your obligations under these Terms, or if we do not enforce our rights against you, or if we delay in doing so, that will not mean that we have waived our rights against you and will not mean that you do not have to comply with those obligations. If we do waive a default by you, we will only do so in writing, and that will not mean that we will automatically waive any later default by you.
Please note that these Terms are governed by English law. This means a Contract for the supply of services through our site and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it will be governed by English law. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction. However, if you are a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are a resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
A contract is formed between You (the Account Holder) and Perfect Weddings Abroad Wedding Wish List Service when you have takenthe steps you need to complete to create your Wedding Wish List on our site, please see wishlist.perfectweddingsabroad.co.uk. After you have created your account, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that your account has been set up at which stage a contract will have been formed between us and you will be bound by these specific Wedding Wish List Terms and Conditions.
Use of Our Wedding Wish List Website & Wedding Web Page
By accessing this Website and/or using the Service you agree that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the following Wish List Terms and Conditions.
By using the Service you confirm that all information provided by you is true, accurate and complete and you will notify us of any changes as soon as possible.
You agree to use the Service for lawful purposes only and agree not to post any content on the Website which is abusive, vulgar, obscene, hateful, fraudulent, threatening or defamatory.
You must be over 18 years of age.
We may suspend or cancel the Account immediately at our reasonable discretion if you breach any of your obligations under our Wish List Terms and Conditions.
The Account Holders are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and any activities that occur under the Account. We shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise as a result of any failure by the Account Holders to protect your password.
Wedding Wish List Accounts
There are no charges for opening or maintaining an Account, but we reserve the right to amend this in the future, any change will be notified by email with 28 days notice before any change is implemented.
Payments can be made into the Account by the Account Holders and any Wedding Guests using the Paypal functionality built in to the Wish List system.
There are no minimum or maximum number of contributions to the Account.
The money remains in our bank account until the Account Holders choose from one of the four "Final Outcomes" as outlined below.
The closing date for contributions is the responsibility of the Account Holders.
The Account Holders will have control over the Account. They will be responsible for the transfer of funds (as set out in the "Final Outcomes" outlined below) and this cannot take place without the authorisation of the Account Holders.
Account holders will not be able to see the bank account details of any of the Guests putting funds into the Account.
The Account Holders may continue to make payments into the Account at any time via Paypal.
If an Account remains dormant (no activity whatsoever) for 12 months after the date it was opened the Account Holder will be contacted by email, if no response is received after 28 days, it will be closed and any funds will remain the property of Perfect Weddings & Honeymoons Ltd.
Guests can pay for the Contribution by credit or debit card following the procedure established on the Website. We offer a secure payment process after which a confirmation email is sent to the email address provided by the Guest informing him or her of the correct registration of the Contribution and a notification is sent to the Account Holders to confirm the gift received.
Content
Although we will make our best effort to control the content, you agree that all the information, text, messages, photographs and any other material posted on this site by outside sources maybe false, not accurate or maybe offensive to you. This means that the entity or person, not the site, is entirely responsible and liable for the content they upload post or otherwise transmit. This site does not control all the content that is posted and therefore does not guarantee the accuracy or integrity of the content. In addition, you acknowledge that you may be exposed to content that is offensive or objectionable to you.
This site does not claim ownership of the content you place on your Wedding Wish List page. Except as limited and regulated by our Privacy Policy. A full explanation of our Privacy Policy can be found here: https://www.perfectweddingsabroad.co.uk/privacy-policy) By placing content on this site you grant this Wedding Wish List an unlimited license to republish, reproduce, modify and adapt the content for the purpose of administering and promoting the Wedding Wish List, whether this be via Facebook, Twitter, other forms of Social Media, by email to our database, or through promotion via our website.
This site does not and cannot review all transmissions by others, you acknowledge that this site reserves the right to monitor any and all information transmitted or received through The Wedding Wish List. This site respects the intellectual property rights of others. Accordingly, this site has the right to terminate the account of any user who posts infringing material. As a user, you are responsible for your own Content and are responsible for the consequences of your posting of such Content.
Service Access
We reserve the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
Pricing & Service Fees
We do not charge a set-up fee to use the PWA WWL Service. This free set-up fee also includes the following: administration of the account, payments processing and all accounting, hosting of your Wedding Wish List page and customer service.
Please refer to "Final Outcomes" (below) for details of service fees.
All prices are expressed inclusive of any VAT payable unless otherwise stated.
Your credit/debit card details will be encrypted to minimise the possibility of unauthorised access or disclosure. Authority for payment must be given at the time of placing your order.
Final Outcomes - Closure of Wedding Wish List
There are 4 options available upon the closure of your Perfect Weddings Abroad Wedding Wish List Account:
Final Outcome 1. All or part of contributions transferred to make a payment against your wedding and/or travel arrangements booked with Perfect Weddings Abroad. There is no service charge to transfer funds on this final outcome.
Final Outcome 2. All or part of contributions transferred to make payment against any Perfect Weddings Abroad in-resort wedding extras, excursions, travel experiences, or ancillary holiday elements that have been booked with Perfect Weddings Abroad. There is no service charge to transfer funds on this final outcome.
Final Outcome 3. All or part of contributions transferred against a future holiday booked with Perfect Weddings Abroad or one of it’s associated companies (includes the following brands: Perfect Weddings Abroad, Perfect Honeymoons Abroad or Perfect Holidays Abroad). There is no service charge to transfer funds on this final outcome.
Final Outcome 4. All or part of contributions refunded to Account Holder as a bank transfer. There is a 7% service charge to transfer funds on this final outcome.
There will be no exceptions made against these four options and the charges applied.
Travel Arrangements
It is not a condition of creating a Wedding Wish List with Perfect Weddings Abroad that the Account Holders make a wedding, honeymoon or holiday booking during the time of their Wedding Wish List being active. However, all wedding and/or holiday bookings made with Perfect Weddings Abroad are subject to our Standard ABTA Terms and Conditions and can be reviewed here : www.perfectweddingsabroad.co.uk/terms
Wedding Plans Amended / Cancelled
Wedding Plans Amended:
If you change your wedding date, you are responsible to log into your account and revise your wedding date information. Your Wedding Wish List will then change to reflect the new wedding date and your contributions will be transferred accordingly.
Wedding Cancelled
Cancellations must be advised to us in writing and the Wedding Wish List will be closed. All cancellations must be made by email to wishlist@perfectweddingsabroad.co.uk or in writing to Perfect Weddings Abroad, 3&4 The Mews, Trent Business Park, Eastern Avenue, Lichfield, Staffs, WS13 6RR. For advice please call 0808 168 1210 and select Option 1.
There will be a cancellation charge of £100 to close the fund and this will be deducted from the fund before any transfers of funds are made.
Perfect Weddings Abroad reserves the right to notify the Contributors of the Cancellation of the Wedding and the closure of the Personal Page and its Wedding List.
The Account Holder shall indicate whether they would like the contributions to be transferred into their account or refunded to each contributor. A 7% transfer fee will be deducted from any reimbursed amount (whether this is to the Account Holder or the Guest who made the contribution).
PWA WWL Credits
From time to time, Perfect Weddings Abroad may "credit" your Wedding Wish List with PWA Credits. These credits may be as a gift, a promotion or as a reward for promoting our services. These credits can be used towards future holidays, or as upgrades/extras on a booking you have with Perfect Weddings Abroad (ie, Final Outcome Options 1, 2 or 3 only). These credits cannot be redeemed or transferred to be converted in to cash or cashback (ie, Final Outcome Option 4). The PWA Credits are exempt from all Cashback schemes and will be held on your fund to be used against future holidays or upgrades/extras. PWA WWL credits expire within 12 months of being credited to your account, they have no cash value and cannot be used beyond a 12 month period. If you close your PWA WWL and choose Final Outcome 4, any PWA Credits will be deducted, before the amount remaining in your PWA WWL has the 7% Service Charge applied to it (ie, any remaining contributions made by You or your Guests).

You acknowledge that this Website expressly disclaims all other warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied, regarding the completeness, non-infringement, merchantability or fitness of the content found herein for any particular purpose. All information provided on this site is to be used on an "as is, at will with all faults" basis. Further, this site makes no warranty that service will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free. References to other corporations, their services and products, are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall this PWA,WWL or its suppliers be liable to you or any third party for any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages of any kind, or any damages whatsoever, including, without limitation, those resulting form loss of use, data or profits, whether or not this PWA WWL has been advised of the possibility of such damages, and on any theory of liability, arising out of or in connection to the use of this site or any web site referenced or linked to/from this site. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from this site or through or from the site shall create any warranty not expressly state.
You agree that this PWA WWL will not be held liable to anyone for any loss or injury resulting from your direct or indirect use of the site. This includes, but is not limited to, loss or injury caused in whole or in part by contingencies beyond our control in procuring, compiling, interpreting, reporting, operating or delivering any portion of this site. Further, you agree that we assume no responsibility for any and all transactions you may conduct with any parties as a result of your use of the PWA WWL.
