If you're attending a wedding that's being organised by Perfect Weddings Abroad then we're delighted to welcome you to our website and look forward to working with you to book and finalise your holiday arrangements. We hope you have an amazing time on holiday. In preparation for this, the Guidance for Wedding Guests section of our website should answer a lot of the questions you may have, it's also worth checking out the useful travel information section of our site too.
Are my flight times confirmed at the time of booking?
This really depends on how close to departure you have booked with us. Generally speaking, if you have booked your wedding more than 10 months in advance of your wedding date then your flight times will be 'provisional flight timings'. If you have booked your wedding within 10 months before your wedding date then the flight times confirmed on your invoice are usually quite accurate. However, it is worth remembering that all flight timings are subject to change without notice.
As flight schedules are prepared and changed at various times, you may find that what is showing as a morning flight at the time of booking, becomes an afternoon flight; similarly afternoon flights may be moved to evenings. If you are flying on a ticketless airline it's well worth checking with the airline around 48 hours before your flight to reconfirm the flights.
Please note: Flight time changes are completely beyond our control. You should not book flights on the basis that 'it is a day flight', you should bear in mind that changes happen. Unless there is a change of at least 12 hours from the original timings then this will not be classed as anything other than a minor change and no alternative flights or compensation will be offered by the airline or tour operator.
If I have booked an all-inclusive hotel does that mean that I can use the facilities and eat in the restaurants of other properties within the same hotel chain or brand, in the area or country that I'm staying in?
This is not usually the case. If there are inter-dining options available between hotels then this is always clearly stated in a tour operator's/supplier's brochure or on their website. In all other cases please assume that you are only a resident of the hotel that you are staying in and the facilities available and restaurants that you can eat/drink in are only the ones in the hotel in which you are booked in to and staying in. If you wish to visit another hotel, for a day, perhaps as a guest of another wedding then a day pass rate will usually be charged for an all-inclusive property, and any food or drink consumed for a drinks reception, or dinner reception will be charged at the usual 'non-resident' rate as you are not a resident of that particular hotel.
A member of my wedding party is Elderly/Disabled. Is there anything I need to do?
If you or any member of your party have any disabilities, it is extremely important that we make the necessary arrangements to make your holiday go smoothly. We must therefore insist that you contact our offices on 01543 439398 before completing any reservation to ensure compatibility for the holiday that you chose.
We want everyone to enjoy completely successful travel arrangements. If you have a disability or a medical condition requiring special transport, accommodation or dietary arrangements, we strongly recommend that you complete this checklist at the time you make your booking, or ask your travel organiser to do so on your behalf.
If you have any specific needs for equipment or medication, you can use the checklist for this information, too. The questions aren’t meant to be intrusive. The information you provide will be treated confidentially and will only be used to check that the transport, accommodation and facilities in the destination are right for you. It all helps to ensure you receive a quality service tailored to your particular needs.
